Who I Am

I help real estate leaders build strong, scalable businesses through better systems, smart leadership, and a focus on people.

With over two decades in real estate—from running my own team to leading operations for high-performing brokerages—I understand the challenges team leaders face as they grow. As Head of Customer Advocacy & Innovation at Listing Leads, I work closely with agents, team leaders, and operations pros to create tools and strategies that make growth sustainable.

I also coach and speak nationally, teaching teams how to organize their databases, streamline workflows, and lead with clarity—so they can focus on what matters most: serving clients and building strong businesses.

Whether it’s simplifying your tech stack, developing leadership skills, or turning chaos into a well-oiled machine, I’m here to help you build the kind of real estate business that runs smoothly and scales with confidence.

Make work easier, so people can focus on what actually matters.

But work is just one piece of the puzzle. I’m also fascinated by how we learn, make decisions, and manage the overstimulation of modern life—something I explore through projects, writing, and constant tinkering.

How I Got Here

My career has taken some unique turns:

  • Music Industry – I started out touring the Southeast US in a band, teaching music in schools and I ran a small in-home private music lesson business. Later growing a summer music camp to 14 locations across the US before moving into Real Estate – initially as an agent.
  • Real Estate Operations – I ran a top 3 Atlanta Real Estate team, helping grow it to consistently $65M in sales through systems, training, and managing the Team. Powered by Follow Up Boss and Integrations
  • Consulting & Systems Design – I built Amplified Solutions to help others streamline their workflows and maximize their potential.
  • Now? I’m balancing consulting, product development, and new experiments in tech and habit tracking.

Every step has been driven by a love for learning, solving problems, and helping people work smarter—without burning out.

Other Things I’m Into

  • The intersection of work, habits, and neuroscience – Managing focus, dopamine vs. serotonin, and avoiding digital overload.
  • Tech & Productivity – I like experimenting with new tools, but only the ones that actually help.
  • Marathon Training & Recovery – I ran a marathon once (actually 1.75 times – blog post coming). It was great. It also broke me. (So now I explore smarter ways to balance energy and effort.)
  • Books & Podcasts – Huge fan of the Startup podcast by Gimlet, Jerry Colonna’s work, Rick Rubin, and anything that challenges how we think.
