Who I Am

I’ve spent my career helping people build better businesses, specializing in real estate operations, CRM optimization, and scalable systems. Whether I’m consulting on Follow Up Boss setups, working on the Smart List Zero App, or experimenting with new tech, my goal is always the same:

Make work easier, so people can focus on what actually matters.

But work is just one piece of the puzzle. I’m also fascinated by how we learn, make decisions, and manage the overstimulation of modern life—something I explore through projects, writing, and constant tinkering.

What I Do

  • Chief Learning Officer, Amplified Solutions – Helping real estate teams and brokerages grow through better systems and processes.
  • Smart List Zero App – A tool that enhances Follow Up Boss by adding historical insights, lead tracking, and AI-powered trends.
  • Problem-Solver & Experimenter – Currently learning about APIs, data tracking, and building simple tools for real-world problems.

I also write and share insights on business, productivity, and the brain—often blending strategy with a deep curiosity about human behavior.

How I Got Here

My career has taken some unique turns:

  • Music Industry – I started out touring the Southeast US in a band, teaching music in schools and I ran a small in-home private music lesson business. Later growing a summer music camp to 14 locations across the US before moving into Real Estate – initially as an agent.
  • Real Estate Operations – I ran a top 3 Atlanta Real Estate team, helping grow it to consistently $65M in sales through systems, training, and managing the Team. Powred by Follow Up Boss and Integrations
  • Consulting & Systems Design – I built Amplified Solutions to help others streamline their workflows and maximize their potential.
  • Now? I’m balancing consulting, product development, and new experiments in tech and habit tracking.

Every step has been driven by a love for learning, solving problems, and helping people work smarter—without burning out.

Other Things I’m Into

  • The intersection of work, habits, and neuroscience – Managing focus, dopamine vs. serotonin, and avoiding digital overload.
  • Tech & Productivity – I like experimenting with new tools, but only the ones that actually help.
  • Marathon Training & Recovery – I ran a marathon once. It was great. It also broke me. (So now I explore smarter ways to balance energy and effort.)
  • Books & Podcasts – Huge fan of the Startup podcast by Gimlet, Jerry Colonna’s work, and anything that challenges how we think.
